Nick Gaetano

Nick Gaetano is a lifelong artist, specializing in modern abstract painting and expressive figuration. Nick’s paintings explore depth without perspective, direct liquid progressions of paint, and color elongation from edge to edge. Many of his works are built upon an underlying grid structure which is morphed into circular forms using fluid strokes, establishing balance between energy points across the canvas. Nick explores fragments of meaning throughout our history and origin. He draws upon a myriad of forces and connections: cosmic noise, rotation of the universe, pulse of the planet, voice of the stars, sky and earth, the soul’s journey, and time.
